• Rates are based on two adult guests, please add $10 per additional adult guest for Bettina's Dream, McKenzie's Retreat and Walter's Delight and $20 per additional adult guest for Monty's Shorescape. No additional charge for children under 16.
• All rates are in Canadian $ and subject to 13% HST (Sales Tax).
• Not pets and no smoking allowed in all units.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Guaranteed Reservations
Cottage reservations may be guaranteed with a deposit of one nights stay. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Please note that all credit card deposits are processed immediately.

Cancellation Policy
25 $ of the deposit is not refundable. The remaining amount of the deposit will be refunded if cancelled 10 days or more in advance of your arrival. Cut-off time is 3:00 pm on the scheduled check-in day. If you must cancel within 10 days of arrival, please call. If we are able to re-book the unit again, we will refund the remaining part of your deposit. If we are unable to re-book your unit, your deposit will be forfeited.

Early Departures
Early departures are considered cancellations and are subject for forfeiture of your deposit payment. If we are able to re-book the unit again, we will credit the remaining part of the deposit to you. If we are unable to re-book your unit, we will require payment for the days reserved in full.

Late Arrivals
If you will be arriving after 8 pm, please let us know.

Earliest check-in time is 3 pm

Latest check-out time is 11 am
